Nutella Molten Heart

A recipe by Nutella. Choose fat: butter or almond butter

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour 4 individual molds.
  • 2.   Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes pale. Add the flour to the mixture and continue to mix.
  • 3.   Melt the milk chocolate in the butter using a double boiler. Combine this mixture with the previous one.
  • 4.   Fill the molds halfway, then place 1 heaping teaspoon of NUTELLA. Finally, fill the molds completely.
  • 5.   Bake for 7 minutes.

Ingredients for servings

  • 160 g of Nutella
  • 150 g of dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 80 g of powdered sugar
  • 40 g of butter
  • 40 g of almond butter (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of gluten-free flour
