Cherry Tomato Clafoutis

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the rice cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the basil.
  • 3.   In a gratin dish, arrange the washed and dried cherry tomatoes, then pour the mixture over them. Bake for 45 minutes.
  • 4.   Serve warm with a beetroot salad or a green salad.

  • 4 eggs
  • 20 cl of sheep's milk white cheese
  • 20 cl of cream rice cuisine (optional)
  • 300 ml of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of basil
  • 250 g of cherry tomato
