Instructions

. Put eggs and sugar in the bowl of a mixer

. then add flour and baking powder

. melt the margarine slightly in the microwave and add the milk

. Let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes (then add chocolate chips for chocolate lovers). Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F)

. Grease the molds and fill them up to 3/4 full

. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes: the madeleines will rise and turn golden. Once cooked, remove from the oven...

. Let them cool down, and ENJOY!!!
