Instructions

  • 1.   Detach the bouquets of Cauliflower. Peel the potatoes and cut into 2 to 3 cm cubes.
  • 2.   Put the vegetables in the Steamed Steamer and steam or put in a saucepan and cover with water and boil.
  • 3.   Meanwhile prepare the béchamel
  • 4.   Mix the cornstarch with some of the cold milk.
  • 5.   Boil the rest of the milk in the microwave at maximum power (time depending on the oven power)
  • 6.   Pour the mix milk / corn starch into the boiling milk stir
  • 7.   Bake 1 min maximum power (put back if necessary)
  • 8.   Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • 9.   Add oil if necessary
  • 10.   In a gratin dish arrange the vegetables.
  • 11.   Nape the bechamel vegetables.
  • 12.   Spread the cheese grated.
  • 13.   Put in the oven th7 or on grill position, according to the technical possibilities.

Notes

  • For grated cheese I use Ewe cheese

  • 50 cl of vegetal milk
  • 4 tablespoon of cornflour
  • 25 g of olive oil
