Quinoa with Broccoli

Instructions

  • 1.   Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil. Then add the quinoa and crumble the bouillon cube over it. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cover and let cook for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets. Place them on top of the quinoa, cover again, and continue cooking for 15 minutes covered.
  • 3.   Mix, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
