Instructions

  • 1.   Mince the leeks and onions Brown them in a drizzle of oil in a casserole dish. 5 min Dice the carrots and turnips, add them to the casserole dish. Sauté 5 min. Cover with water and bring to a boil. 15 min Add the potatoes, when the vegetables are all tender, remove a little water from the casserole. Mix and add the water taken to have the consistency of the desired soup. Season according to your tastes.
