Smoked salmon, tomato, and fresh cheese wrap (dairy-free)

It's super delicious and perfect for hot weather! To serve as an appetizer, cut into approximately 3 cm sections and arrange on a serving plate. Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, cream cheese, chives (or dill), salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • 2.   Place 1 tortilla on the work surface.
  • 3.   Spread the tortilla with the yogurt mixture, then add the smoked salmon.
  • 4.   Place the tomato in the middle along the length.
  • 5.   Roll the wrap tightly and wrap it in plastic wrap, forming a cylinder.
  • 6.   Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • 7.   Cut the wrap in half and serve.

  • 25 g of fresh sheep cheese
  • 2 gluten-free wrap
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 slice of smoked salmon
