Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  • 2.   Wash the apples and pears, cut them in half, remove the core and seeds, and slice the fruits thinly.
  • 3.   Peel 2 oranges and also slice them thinly. Place the fruit slices alternately in an ovenproof dish. Squeeze the juice from the third orange and pour it over the fruit slices. Then add the agave syrup and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • 4.   Bake for 15 minutes.
