Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the couscous and water into a bowl.
  • 2.   Let it swell for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, blanch the fava beans in a pot of boiling water.
  • 4.   Drain at the end of cooking.
  • 5.   Clean and cut the tomatoes in half.
  • 6.   Peel and finely slice the onions.
  • 7.   Mix everything with the couscous, then add the lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper.
  • 8.   Mix everything well and crumble the fresh cheese on top.
  • 9.   Chill until ready to serve.
