Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Wash and peel the vegetables, then cut them into thin slices.
  • 3.   Roll out the dough on a pie dish lined with parchment paper.
  • 4.   Crumble the fresh goat cheese.
  • 5.   Spread mustard on the bottom of the dough, then half of the goat cheese. Arrange the zucchini, eggplant, and tomato slices in a rosette pattern, alternating between them. Sprinkle the remaining fresh goat cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
  • 6.   Bake for 25 minutes, checking regularly.
