Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Wash and slice the cabbage into pieces, then sauté them in a non-stick pan with olive oil.
  • 3.   Add honey, a pinch of curry, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
  • 4.   Meanwhile, heat the milk, remaining curry, and cornstarch in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the cream thickens, remove from heat, season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Wash and chop the parsley, then add it to the cream. Mix well.
  • 6.   Spread the cabbage mixture in a gratin dish. Cover with the cream, then sprinkle grated gruyere cheese on top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • 7.   Serve hot, in moderation, and let the fat-burning ingredients help you lose weight!
