1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F). Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Peel and grate the zucchini. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the flour and the cream. Add the grated zucchini (raw), the grated cheese, the goat cheese cut into small pieces (almost crumbled), and the chopped chives. Lightly salt and pepper. Mix everything together. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the mixture containing the zucchini. Divide the batter into silicone molds and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. The patties should be cooked but not too dry.
