Instructions

  • 1.   1. Peel the potatoes and turnips, then grate them. Peel the onions and finely chop them. Wash the parsley and chop it. In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  • 2.   2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients with 2 pinches of nutmeg. Season and mix well.
  • 3.   3. In a frying pan, melt 10 g of butter. Shape the pancakes by hand and cook them for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown. Serve hot.
  • 4.   Tip: Enjoy these rösti with a green salad, or as a side dish with fish or meat.
