Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and grate the zucchini. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and sauté the zucchini. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan. Once hot, pour a ladleful of batter.
  • 3.   Cook the pancake on one side, then flip it over.
  • 4.   Top it with grated zucchini and crumbled goat cheese. Finally, season with five-pepper blend.
  • 5.   Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • 6.   Serve hot.
