. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

. Unroll the pastry into a tart pan. Cover it with baking beans and bake the pan for 15 minutes for blind baking. Then remove the beans.

. Meanwhile, rinse and dry the tomatoes.

. Rinse, dry, and finely chop the fresh herbs. Peel and slice the onions into thin rounds.

. Take the pan out of the oven and place the chopped herbs, tomatoes, and onion rounds on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

. Bake for 30 minutes and serve this delicious tart warm.
