Cherry Tomato and Onion Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Unroll the pastry into a tart pan. Cover it with baking beans and bake the pan for 15 minutes for blind baking. Then remove the beans.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, rinse and dry the tomatoes.
  • 4.   Rinse, dry, and finely chop the fresh herbs. Peel and slice the onions into thin rounds.
  • 5.   Take the pan out of the oven and place the chopped herbs, tomatoes, and onion rounds on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Bake for 30 minutes and serve this delicious tart warm.

  • 400 g of cherry tomato
  • 400 g of white onion
  • 1 leaf of chives
  • 1 pinch of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
