Creamy Bacon Tagliatelle (gluten-free and dairy-free)

  • 1.   Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water.
  • 2.   Fry the bacon in a pan.
  • 3.   When the tagliatelle is al dente, drain them.
  • 4.   Once the bacon is cooked, set it aside and deglaze the pan with the cream over low heat.
  • 5.   Finely chop 100g of dry sheep's cheese.

  • 250 g of tagliatelle without gluten
  • 400 g of bacon strips
  • 20 cl of cream rice cuisine
  • 100 g of grated sheep cheese
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
