Instructions

  • 1.   50g of buckwheat flour

    OR

    20g of buckwheat flour + 30g of gluten-free flour
  • 2.   Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until you obtain a smooth liquid batter.
  • 3.   Heat the crepe pan and pour half of the batter into it using a ladle.

    Let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip the crepe to cook the other side.

    Cook the second crepe.
