Island Fruits in Agar Agar Tea Jelly

A sugar-free and refreshing dessert! The colors of summer, the flavors of sun-ripened fruits!

Instructions

  • 1.   Steep the green tea bag in 5 dl of hot water, add peeled ginger and lemon juice.
  • 2.   Peel the fruits and cut them into small cubes, add finely chopped mint leaves.
  • 3.   Strain the tea and set aside.
    In a bowl, pour 1 dl of water and dissolve the agar agar, heat in the microwave until boiling.
  • 4.   Mix with the tea.
  • 5.   In a mold, pour a little jelly at the bottom and let it set for 5 minutes in the freezer.
    Pour the fruits and then the jelly until it reaches the brim.
    Set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Ingredients for servings

  • 2 mangos
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 2 slice of watermelon
  • 5 leaf of fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoon of agar agar
  • 50 cl of water
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 bag of green tea
  • 1 slice of fresh ginger
