Instructions

  • 1.   In a preheated and oiled pot, sauté the onion, garlic, zucchini, and bell pepper, all cut into pieces.
  • 2.   3 minutes after adding the bell peppers, add the pasta, peeled tomatoes, coconut milk, and peas.
    Add a little water and let it cook for about ten minutes, regularly checking that there is enough water.
    At the end of cooking, add the cherry tomatoes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Check that your dish is cooked (the pasta is al dente and the sauce is creamy).
