Vanilla Chia Pudding

Instructions

  • 1.   In a bowl, mix the plant-based milk with the vanilla and agave syrup. Pour the chia seeds evenly into the bottom of the bowls. Pour the milk over the chia seeds.
  • 2.   Mix well so that the seeds are evenly distributed in the milk. Place in the refrigerator overnight so that the gel forms on the seeds and the mixture thickens. The next morning, remove from the refrigerator and top with fresh fruits of your choice.

  • 400 ml of plant-based milk
  • 4 tablespoon of chia seed
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla powder
