Fruit Salad with Coconut

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the pears, apples, and about 1/3 of the strawberries into cubes, then add them to a large salad bowl.
  • 2.   Slice the apricots and add them. Wash and dry the mint leaves, then finely chop them over the salad bowl. Mix.
  • 3.   For the sauce, squeeze the orange with the remaining strawberries and strain through a sieve. (or blend if you prefer)
  • 4.   Pour over the fruit salad.
  • 5.   Sprinkle the fruits with grated coconut.

  • 10 g of grated coconut
  • 1 orange
