Fruit Salad with Coconut

. Cut the pears, apples, and about 1/3 of the strawberries into cubes, then add them to a large salad bowl.

. Slice the apricots and add them. Wash and dry the mint leaves, then finely chop them over the salad bowl. Mix.

. For the sauce, squeeze the orange with the remaining strawberries and strain through a sieve. (or blend if you prefer)
4
. Pour over the fruit salad.
5
. Sprinkle the fruits with grated coconut.
