1. Peel and chop the onion.
2. Chop the coriander.
3. Remove the germ from the garlic and crush it.
4. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
5. Cut the stems of the Swiss chard into small rectangles, and roughly chop the leaves.
6. Wash the lentils.
7. Put a little olive oil in a large pot.
8. Sauté the onions and garlic.
9. When they become translucent, add the lentils and coriander, cover with 2 liters of water, and let cook for 30 minutes covered.
10. Add the potatoes and Swiss chard, and let cook for another 15 minutes on low heat.
11. At the end of cooking, add cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice according to your taste.
