Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 2.   In a large bowl, mix the cubes of squash (peeled, seeded, and cut into 1-inch cubes), olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; mix well. Spread onto a baking sheet.
  • 3.   Bake in the oven until the squash is tender, about 25-30 minutes.
