Shrimp Curry with Companion

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the garlic and onion, then cut the onion into quarters. Put them in the robot equipped with the ultrablade chopper knife and mix at speed 11 for 10s.
  • 2.   Replace the knife with the mixer. Scrape the sides of the bowl. Add the oil, 1 pinch of salt, and the curry. Start the simmer program P1 at 130°C for 5 min.
  • 3.   At the end of the cooking, add the shrimp without the antennae, tomato paste, and coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper. Start the simmer program P3 at 95°C for 15 min.
  • 4.   At the end of the cooking, sprinkle with coriander and serve immediately.

  • 500 g of shrimp
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 25 cl of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
