  • 1.   1 Peel the onion and chop it coarsely.2 Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion with the curry 5 min.3 Pour the coconut milk, mix and let reduce 5 min .4 Add coral lentils, tomatoes, broth, salt and pepper.5 Cook for 25 minutes, stirring regularly.6 Mix and serve hot.
