Chocolate Cornflake Clusters (without vegetable shortening)

Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, break the chocolate into pieces.
  • 2.   Melt over low heat at 50º until smooth and without lumps. Stir well. Remove from heat.
  • 3.   Place the cornflakes in a bowl, then pour the chocolate over them.
    (I pour the cornflakes into the saucepan!!!)
  • 4.   Gently mix with a wooden spatula until the flakes are well coated with chocolate.
  • 5.   Using 2 spoons, form small mounds on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or on a plate.
    (I arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper)
  • 6.   Let harden for 8 hours or overnight.
    4 hours for those in a hurry! 😁
  • 7.   It's ready, enjoy your meal!
