Instructions

  • 1.   1° Wash and slice the zucchini.
  • 2.   2° Slice the bell pepper after removing the seeds.
  • 3.   3° Drain the canned corn.
  • 4.   4° Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • 5.   5° Add the zucchini and bell pepper, sauté for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   6° Add the corn and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  • 7.   7° Season with salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence.
  • 8.   8° Serve hot or cold.
