Instructions

  • 1.   To prepare lentils and peppers:
  • 2.   Prepare your lentils as usual. (In a pot, sauté a little oil, an onion, your choice of spices before adding the lentils and water)
  • 3.   In a skillet, heat the peppers that you have cut into small pieces.
  • 4.   Depending on each person's taste, add the hearts of palm to the skillet or add them at the end for more crunch.
  • 5.   Once the lentils are ready, pour the juice from the peppers and the skillet contents, mix for a few minutes.
  • 6.   Your lentils and peppers are ready!
