1. Peel and mash the banana with a fork in a bowl. Add the small oat flakes, cashew milk, cashew butter, lightly crushed cashews, and powdered cinnamon. Mix well.
2. Line a small loaf pan suitable for the air fryer with parchment paper and pour in the mixture. Press firmly with the back of a tablespoon. Place on the rack, select the BAKE mode at 160°C and start cooking for 15 minutes. Check for doneness. Remove the pan from the machine.
3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat and pour it over the mixture in the pan.
4. Let it cool completely. Unmold and cut into bars.
Notes & Suggestions
Tip: after cooling at room temperature, refrigerate the pan for 2 hours before cutting into bars, it's easier.
