1. Place the bananas on the rack. Select the ROAST mode at 170°C and start cooking for 10 minutes or until the banana skins are very dark.
2. Remove the bananas with gloves as they are hot and place them on plates. You can leave or remove the banana skins. Make a lengthwise incision in the middle, open gently, add the peanut butter, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
3. Enjoy immediately.
