Roasted bananas, peanut butter, and grated chocolate

Air-fried roasted bananas, split open and topped with peanut butter and grated dark chocolate.

Instructions

  • 1.   Place the bananas on the rack. Select the ROAST mode at 170°C and start cooking for 10 minutes or until the banana skins are very dark.
  • 2.   Remove the bananas with gloves as they are hot and place them on plates. You can leave or remove the banana skins. Make a lengthwise incision in the middle, open gently, add the peanut butter, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
  • 3.   Enjoy immediately.

  • Tip: Enjoy with a scoop of white cheese ice cream.
