Fudgy 3-Ingredient Brownie

Fudgy Brownie without added sugar made with bananas, peanut butter, and cocoa.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the bananas, break them into 3 pieces, and place them in a bowl. Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, and roughly mash. It's good when there are still banana chunks.
  • 2.   Line a small cheesecake mold suitable for the air fryer with parchment paper (the brownie is best when thick) and pour in the mixture.
  • 3.   Place the mold on the rack, select the BAKE mode at 160°C, and start cooking for 18 minutes.
  • 4.   Allow to cool completely before enjoying.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Tip: before baking, sprinkle with roughly chopped pecans, milk chocolate chips, or coconut flakes.
