1. Mash the banana in a bowl, add the small oat flakes, ground cinnamon, and peanut butter. Mix and gradually add the oat milk. Stop when the mixture becomes smooth, it should be possible to form the cookies.
2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a rack. Form 4 large balls and place them on the parchment paper, spacing them out and flattening them slightly. Sprinkle with peanuts, select the BAKE mode at 160°C and start baking for 18 minutes. Check that the cookies are nicely golden. Remove the pan from the machine and let it cool.
3. Enjoy warm or cold.
