1. Wash the baby potatoes and place them in a bowl. Pour the coconut oil, mix, and add the curry and salt. Mix and pour onto the grill in the pot.
2. Select the AIR FRY mode at 180°C and start cooking for 18 minutes, stirring regularly.
3. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Chop the coriander.
4. Pour the coconut oil into the other pot and add the turmeric, curry, cardamom, clove, and cumin, mix.
5. Select the ROAST mode at 180°C and start cooking for 25 minutes. After 1 minute, add the onions, three tablespoons of water, and continue cooking for 3 minutes, stirring. Add the garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute, then add the spinach, chickpeas, and peeled tomatoes with juice. Season with salt and cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, add water if necessary. Pour in the coconut milk and finish cooking. Taste and adjust if necessary.
6. Sprinkle with coriander and enjoy hot with the roasted baby potatoes.
