1. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Put them in a bowl, add grape seed oil and mix well. Place them on the grill in the cooking pot. Select the AIR FRY mode at 180°C and start cooking for 18 minutes, stirring regularly.
2. Place a sheet of parchment paper on the grill in the other pot. Pour the trio of rice into a dish, add the peanuts, pour a drizzle of grape seed oil and mix. Pour everything onto the parchment paper, select the ROAST mode at 180°C and start cooking for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
3. Prepare the satay sauce. Whisk all the ingredients in a saucepan, add 25 cl of water, heat and let it reduce for a few minutes.
4. Place a bed of trio of rice in the bottom of 2 plates, add the cauliflower florets, drizzle with satay sauce and sprinkle with coriander.
5. Enjoy immediately.
