Cauliflower florets with satay sauce on a trio of grilled rice

Roasted cauliflower florets with peanut butter and spice satay sauce, served on a trio of grilled peanut rice.

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Put them in a bowl, add grape seed oil and mix well. Place them on the grill in the cooking pot. Select the AIR FRY mode at 180°C and start cooking for 18 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 2.   Place a sheet of parchment paper on the grill in the other pot. Pour the trio of rice into a dish, add the peanuts, pour a drizzle of grape seed oil and mix. Pour everything onto the parchment paper, select the ROAST mode at 180°C and start cooking for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 3.   Prepare the satay sauce. Whisk all the ingredients in a saucepan, add 25 cl of water, heat and let it reduce for a few minutes.
  • 4.   Place a bed of trio of rice in the bottom of 2 plates, add the cauliflower florets, drizzle with satay sauce and sprinkle with coriander.
  • 5.   Enjoy immediately.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Tip: add 1 tbsp of red curry to the satay sauce.

  • 2 tablespoon of grape seed oil
  • 1 bag of cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoon of peanut
  • 1 drizzle of grape seed oil
  • 4 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander seed
  • 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
  • 1 pinch of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh coriander
