Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the cucumber and slice it
  • 2.   Peel the beets and cut them into cubes
  • 3.   Place the beets in a salad bowl
  • 4.   Arrange the cucumber slices in concentric circles around the beets
  • 5.   Cut the artichoke hearts into quarters and add them to the center
  • 6.   Squeeze the lemon, mix the mustard with olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, emulsify, add the parsley, and mix
  • 7.   Pour the sauce over the salad
  • 8.   Add a little parsley in the center
  • 9.   It's ready! Enjoy your meal 😋
