Marinated tofu skewers, air-fried until golden
1 grated garlic clove 1 pinch of ginger (optional) Sesame seeds, fresh coriander (for serving)

. 1. Cut the tofu into cubes and place it in a bowl

. 2. Mix soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the tofu.

. 3. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

. 4. Thread the cubes onto skewers.

. Place them in the Airfryer basket. Cook at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

. Serve with sesame seeds, a squeeze of lime, or peanut sauce.
