Marinated tofu skewers, air-fried until golden

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Cut the tofu into cubes and place it in a bowl
  • 2.   2. Mix soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, honey, garlic, and ginger. Pour over the tofu.
  • 3.   3. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • 4.   4. Thread the cubes onto skewers.
  • 5.   Place them in the Airfryer basket. Cook at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • 6.   Serve with sesame seeds, a squeeze of lime, or peanut sauce.

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lime
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
  • 1 garlic clove
