Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the broccoli and wheat according to the package instructions.

    Once cooked, pour them into a salad bowl and crush the large broccoli pieces.
  • 2.   Peel and dice the carrots and zucchinis.

    Cook the carrots for 20 minutes in boiling water, 5 minutes for the zucchini.

    Drain and pour into the salad bowl with the wheat and broccoli.
  • 3.   Can be prepared in advance. Reheat everything in the microwave before serving.
