1. Rinse the coriander under cold water, pat dry.
Peel the ginger, finely slice.
Remove the seeds from the center of the mild peppers, rinse.
2. Cut the mild peppers into thin strips.
Cut the root, remove the damaged leaves from the fresh onions, rinse under cold water, slice.
3. In the wok, heat the oil, add the onions, cook for 3 minutes then add the ginger, mix regularly.
4. As soon as everything starts to soften, add the mild peppers, cook for 3 minutes over low heat then add the lentils, water, mustard, mix.
5. After 15 minutes of cooking, add the coriander, massale, salt, cumin, turmeric, mix.
6. Once the lentils are cooked, add the lemon, cook for a few minutes, and stop cooking, the water should be completely absorbed.
