Instructions

  • 1.   Mix all the sauce ingredients & set it aside.
  • 2.   Cut the tofu into small cubes. Cut the zucchini and carrots into spaghetti (or tagliatelle) and the bell pepper into thin strips.
  • 3.   Rinse the konjac fettuccine thoroughly under water, then drain them.
  • 4.   In a wok over high heat, sauté the smoked tofu in a little ghee, then add the bell peppers. When they start to soften and color, add the carrot spaghetti. Cook for a few minutes while stirring, then add the konjac, and lastly - at the end of cooking - the zucchinis.
  • 5.   Brown for 2 minutes and drizzle with the sauce. Mix vigorously to distribute it well. Serve immediately with a hint of coriander and sesame seeds.

  • 250 g of konjac
  • 2 smoked tofu
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • Pour la sauce :
  • 2 tablespoon of tamari sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic puree
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
