Instructions
1. Mix all the sauce ingredients & set it aside.
2. Cut the tofu into small cubes. Cut the zucchini and carrots into spaghetti (or tagliatelle) and the bell pepper into thin strips.
3. Rinse the konjac fettuccine thoroughly under water, then drain them.
4. In a wok over high heat, sauté the smoked tofu in a little ghee, then add the bell peppers. When they start to soften and color, add the carrot spaghetti. Cook for a few minutes while stirring, then add the konjac, and lastly - at the end of cooking - the zucchinis.
5. Brown for 2 minutes and drizzle with the sauce. Mix vigorously to distribute it well. Serve immediately with a hint of coriander and sesame seeds.
