1. In a blender, put the water, sugar, almond powder, vegetable oil, and chickpeas. In a bowl, put the flour, cocoa, and baking powder.
Mix everything together, (pour in the vinegar and then the chocolate chips) and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
