Undetectable Chickpea Chocolate Cake

Instructions

  • 1.   In a blender, put the water, sugar, almond powder, vegetable oil, and chickpeas. In a bowl, put the flour, cocoa, and baking powder.

    Mix everything together, (pour in the vinegar and then the chocolate chips) and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

  • 200 ml of water
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 40 g of almond powder
  • 40 g of vegetable oil
  • 160 g of chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
  • 140 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 40 g of unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 handful of chocolate chip (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1 handful of raspberry (fresh or frozen) (optional)
