Instructions

  • 1.   Blanch the Brussels sprouts, previously cleaned and washed, in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • 2.   Finely chop the garlic clove and sauté it in a little olive oil.
  • 3.   Peel the carrots, wash them, and cut them into slices. Add them to the wok. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Clean the mushrooms and drizzle them with lemon juice to prevent them from turning black. Add them to the carrots.
  • 5.   Towards the end of cooking, add the Brussels sprouts.

  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice (optional)
