Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the vegetables into sticks.

    Peel the garlic.
  • 2.   In a wok or a sauté pan, pour a little olive oil.

    Add the carrots, parsnips, onion, the scored garlic clove, and sprigs of thyme.

    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and serve immediately.
