Lentils and mushrooms with rice

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the lentils for 20 minutes with double the volume of water
  • 2.   Cook the rice side dish
  • 3.   Finely chop the mushrooms, sauté in a little oil for 5 minutes. Then set aside.
  • 4.   Finely chop the onion, garlic, and tomatoes.
    Sauté the onion in a little oil, then add the garlic, tomatoes, and spices.
    Then add the spinach.
  • 5.   Mix everything together

  • 500 g of mushroom
  • 2 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g of dried tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • ½ teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 250 g of spinach
