Instructions

  • 1.   Wash, peel, and slice the carrots.
  • 2.   Slice the onion and sauté until golden in a pan.
  • 3.   Add the carrots and cook for about 20 minutes covered and on low heat.
  • 4.   Add water, a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil.
  • 5.   Remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle the couscous over the mixture, and cover for 10 minutes.

  • 400 g of couscous semolina
  • 1 onion
  • 2 glass of water
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
