Moringa Lime Guacamole

Everyone knows that guacamole is THE essential dish for a successful friendly gathering ;) Plus, this mix is ready in a few moments and very easy to make. To vary the flavors, we decided to add moringa powder, derived from the moringa oleifera (also known as the tree of life). This superfood, very popular in India, is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins, and antioxidants. If you can't find it, you can also replace it with spirulina, equally original and beneficial for health!

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Using a fork, mash the flesh of a ripe avocado in a large bowl or salad bowl.
  • 2.   2. Mix in the onion, lime, moringa, coriander, chili, and salt and mix well.
  • 3.   3. Serve it all on a slice of fresh bread or with chips!

  • ½ lime juice
  • 5 stalk of chopped parsley
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 teaspoon of moringa
  • 1 pinch of ground coriander
  • 1 pinch of powdered chili
  • salt (according to taste)
