Broccoli and sesame soup, gluten-free and lactose-free

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the broccoli, cut it into small florets.
  • 2.   Peel the onion and chop it.
  • 3.   In a large pot, heat the olive oil, add the chopped onion to the hot oil and sauté until translucent.
  • 4.   Add the broccoli florets and mix. Let cook for 1 minute while stirring.
  • 5.   Add a pinch of salt, a little black pepper, and half a teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg.
  • 6.   Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Then blend the soup.
  • 7.   Heat your sesame seeds in a dry pan for a minute and sprinkle them on top of your bowls when serving.

  • ½ teaspoon of nutmeg (optional)
