Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Cut the mango, avocado, and cucumber into 1 cm cubes. Set aside 100 g of mango. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions with 1 bouillon cube.
  • 2.   Arrange the vegetables, fruits, and quinoa nicely on each plate.
  • 3.   Blend the mango with bouillon, lemon juice, and olive oil, and drizzle a little on top.
