Potatoes with semolina and paprika

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 275°C (527°F).

    Peel the potatoes, rinse them, and cut them into large pieces.

    Place them in a saucepan with a handful of coarse salt, cover with cold water, and put a lid on.

    After a few minutes, remove the lid and let it boil for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Drain the potatoes, put them back in the saucepan, drizzle with a little olive oil, cover, and shake the saucepan to mix.

    Pour out the excess oil.

    Add the semolina, paprika, and cover again to shake.
  • 3.   Arrange the potatoes in a dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  • 4.   Serve.

  • 1 kg of potato
  • 450 g of medium wheat semolina
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 pinch of sweet paprika
  • salt (according to taste)
