Instructions

  • 1.   1️⃣ 🥬 Slice the cabbage
    Finely slice the white cabbage using a sharp knife or a mandoline to obtain soft and easily digestible strips. Place it in a large salad bowl.
    2️⃣ 🥕 Grate the carrots
    Grate the carrots finely so that they mix harmoniously with the cabbage and provide a melting texture. Add them to the salad bowl.
    3️⃣ 🌱 Cut the green onions
    Slice the green onions into thin rounds, using both the white and green parts. Incorporate them into the mixture.
    4️⃣ 🍋🥄 Prepare the dressing
    In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, sesame oil, and salt until you get a homogeneous sauce.
    5️⃣ 🌀 Season the salad
    Pour the dressing over the vegetables. Mix thoroughly with your hands or a spoon to soften the cabbage and aid digestion.
    6️⃣ 🌶️⚫ Finish the salad
    Sprinkle the sweet chili flakes and black sesame seeds over the entire salad. Gently mix one last time.
