Instructions

  • 1.   1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  • 2.   2. Cook them in a pot of salted water for 15 to 20 minutes, until they are tender.
  • 3.   3. Drain the potatoes and put them back in the pot.
  • 4.   4. Add the olive oil, crushed garlic, and herbs.
  • 5.   5. Lightly crush with a fork to keep some pieces, mix well.
  • 6.   6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7.   7. Serve hot as a side dish with your main course.
